Jeffrey Park Apartments

Fire Seal provided intumescent fireproofing services for Jeffrey Park, a large-scale mixed-use community in the heart of Columbus. The 41-acre urban development includes over 1,400 for-rent units, 206 for-sale homes, structured and surface parking, and over 30,000 sq. ft. of combined retail and office space, anchored by a 1.6-acre public park. Our scope included the application of intumescent coatings to exposed structural steel across key commercial and residential components, providing both aesthetic integration and required fire-resistance ratings. Working with The Thrive Company, Fireseal supported the phased delivery of a dense, walkable neighborhood that blends modern living, workspace, and leisure just steps from the Short North Arts District.
