Hankook Tire Plant Expansion

Fire Seal was proud to provide fireproofing services to Hankook Tire’s Clarksville plant expansion—part of a 2.2 million sq. ft. effort to double the facility’s manufacturing capacity. Our application of Isolatek CAFCO 400 (22 PCF / 2000 PSF) to structural steel beams, columns, and roof decks achieved a 2-hour fire-resistance rating on all floor and roof assemblies.

Part of a broader industrial build led by Clayco, the site includes a structural-steel mixing tower, ASRS foundations, deep utility systems, and advanced process infrastructure. Fire Seal’s work supports a sustainable, long-term fire safety in a high-performance, high-volume manufacturing environment.
